Guidelines for Digital Accessibility©

APOYOnline is pleased to share it’s digital accessibility guidelines©, authored by Desirée Nobre Salasar.

Desirée is an award-winning expert in the field of accessibility in museums. She is the author of several books and is an experienced teacher, presenting her work through lectures, training courses, and classes concerning audio description, inclusion, accessibility, inclusive communication, and Universal Design, among other topics. In addition, Desirée is an accomplished audio-descriptor and translator, having developed scripts for Brazilian and Portuguese museums, for multiformat books and for theater shows and translated Accessibility Guides. 

This project was sponsored by the Arts and Humanities Council of Montgomery County and is being implemented on our social media and website, contributing to APOYOnline becoming increasingly inclusive.
